I made two payments over the phone with this company. I went online to view the transactions and they are not there. Someone called me from the collections dept. and said I owe back payments ...I think this company needs to get better organized and find out where the payments are going. I am planning on moving this loan to my Bank here in Arizona where I can trust the people I pay. I have receipts ...Thank goodness.

I have been loyal to this bank for 8+ years, I even use them out of state. This merger has been the worst thing to ever happen, Customer service has no clue what is going on, they are rude and they do not handle your problem. Their system does not work and they no longer value you as a customer. Take your business elsewhere!
