Words cannot describe the appreciation and thanks that I have for Jon. I have been working with Jon for a few months and he made every step of the loan process a breeze. His knowledge and competence of the real estate industry is unmatched and I cannot imagine working with anyone else when it comes to a home loan. I would highly recommend Dynamic to anyone that is looking for a great team to do business with. Mr. Tonn made the refi process simple and quick and was very enjoyable to work with. I was treated great, any questions I had were answered promptly. Bill explained everything that was going on and gave plenty of lead time for paperwork that was coming our way. Bill Tonn is courteous and professional. He let me know everything that I needed to know, when I needed to know it. We talked on the phone, exchanged text messages, and corresponded through e-mails. He made sure that I could go about my busy life without having to worry about anything. Whenever a new action was necessary on my part, he let me know about it right away. Jon was the lender when my husband and I bought our home in Dec. of 2013. I cannot say enough great things about him or the loan process. We went under contract on Nov. 11th.
