Have had horrible customer service experience as well as issues getting a check refunded to me for a policy that was cancelled. I cancelled the policy on 10/03/2017 and Suncoast still charged me on 10/04/2017 for the policy cancelled on the 3rd. They have refused to pay any of the overdraft fees that they have caused as well as continue to give me the run around about where the refund is. I have now spoke with a manager and they have advised me that it was never sent out. This has been the biggest joke of a company to receive services from and I will make sure to leave negative reviews wherever I go because of this awful experience!

Great service. They provided me with the best coverages they paid out my claim in less than 10 days. I recommend this company. They explained the coverages I was getting and they told me the roadside assistance was included FREE of charge. Thanks to my agent, I have a good Insurance Company.

Absolutely the WORST EVER Insurance company!!! They lie lie lie, make you wait months for payment, they should NEVER be allowed to even be in business!! If you are insured with these LIARS and cheats let me suggest a more TOP RATED insurance company, stay with these people at your own risk!!
