The staff is great, I transferred over from Geico after being with them for several years and was able to get a better price and local friendly staff to answer any questions I had. I had an accident after only 2 months with State Farm and the agent Crawford came out to the accident personally to help me file the police report. He took me to get a rental and in 2 hours I was back on the road. They fixed me truck quickly as well. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend.
