just got off the phone with service, my card was shut off, turns out someone stole the card number, but no one tried to contact me ( only tried one phone number) so I call and lady tells me to go in , ,, so I look at my account after getting off phone has a couple charges from Google play store, false charges, I call back and the girl gets all nasty with me, I wish I had written her name down,, certainly was not a white person,,, can tell ya that.. two phone calls two different hispanic girls.. First very nice, but doesnt close the card number down, second gal gets all rude when I am talking about the charges and says " I just told you to close the card down" I said hold on I just got off the phone and the girl didnt say that nor close the card,, she said to go in, then the gal back tracks and says she will close the debit Visa card down, I was not rude,, I dont believe in it no matter how stupid a person it,, ALSO I Have been a member for 35 years, I worked at Hughes Aircraft company where the credit union started,,, and never ever have I got a car loan, credit score of 800,, and never have they given me a car loan,, I can go to Arizona Central Credit union and they climb over themselves to give me a car loan,, weird huh...

Correy Ellis was EXCELLENT is setting up my business account with Hughes FCU. He listened and explained everything we were doing and why. Correy would make a excellent manager. I do wish we were able to set up my Trust Acct but the manager said they could not. The manager lacks the proper listening skills for her position and the ability to find the right answer. I was able to have another CU set up my trust acct. Keep up the good work Correy!

I would like to thank Hughes Credit Union for financing my auto loan. I was with Desert Schools Federal Credit union for 4 years. Never was I late on any of my auto loan payments. Tried to get a loan to purchase my new car and got denied. I am now closing account because of this.
