Probably the worst customer service for a financial institution. I could not login, so I clicked "reset Password", system told me an email was sent.. which i never received, even though I tried multiple times with all the email addresses I could have possibly registered with them. So I called IT login help desk, and they told me that to reset my password, I had to go to a branch, that they could not do it online or over the phone. Then I called customer service to have the information I was originally looking for, and today is the third day I am trying, so far I gave up after being on hold for over 20 minutes each day several times at various hours, They have an option to press 1 and be called back... Well, I entered my number yesterday and this morning.. and they never called me back. In addition, it took them 4 months to be able to set me up with automatic payment on a car loan I have with them. Each month a day would call me informing me that my automatic payment was not process due to a issue on their end and they would refund me the late fee. I do believe (hope) it has been fixed now. it was the reason why I was calling to double check. Since I signed up for paperless, I do not receive statement, and since their website is not accessible unless I go to a branch (so much for online...) I have no way of checking remotely.

When I come in to open a new account and sit in the lobby for 7 minutes without a single acknowledgement as tellers and bankers sit and chat with each other, that tells me this is not an establishment I should even consider working with. How disappointing.
