This was our first home purchase and after shopping around for lenders we stumbled upon Waquar Ahmed w/ NLC Loans and we were instantly impressed. He was top shelf from the initial phone conversation to the closing. His confidence, timely communication, intelligence, service and all round helpfulness throughout were second to none. After providing him with the initial information, he immediately said that it would be possible to process the loan and in very short time, he did just that. His friendliness and comforting demeanor also came into play when it seemed that the loan had hit a snag just before closing. His calming and assertive professionalism took control and the rest as they say is history. I would refer anyone, including friends and family to not just Waquar but to NLC Loans as well. As a gainful employee in the service industry, it was refreshing to know that such a high level of service still existed. My family and I feel privileged to have met and worked with your company and Waquar Ahmed.

We first began a re-finance in Dec 2013 but, due to a death in the family, felt we could not go through the closing. Chris Obodzinski was so concerned about us that he was willing to forfeit all the work he had done and transfered our re-finance to Nick Mastropietro. Nick stepped up and made us a deal that not only saved us money every month, but gave us relief for two months of payments, which helped us pay for funeral expenses. We were treated with the utmost respect and compassion during a very difficult and trying time. Thank you to the entire team at NLC for all they did for us. You have our highest reccomendation!!!
