Let me start by saying if you are a veteran and seeking to purchase a home using your VA Loan Certificate, you have come to the write lender. I had the extreme pleasure of locating Security America Mortgage, after I ran into bumps in the road, and could not close with two previous lenders, that could not provide explanations why. Steven Cardillo is "THE MAN!" After I explained the situation and our home buying goals, he stepped in and went right to work, and told me everything up front with NO SURPRISES! He not only kept my wife and I well informed throughout the process, but he also provided timely updates to our Agent and the Builder. Both parties continuously expressed how much they were impressed with Steven and Security America, especially after having dealt with our two previous lenders, that failed to bring our loan to the closing table. I cannot express in words the professionalism and absolute dedication Steven Cardillo provided throughout this home buying process. We went from hearing "NO" maybe in six months to living in our DREAM HOME in approximately three weeks, after making contact with Steven. I highly recommend Security America Mortgage, and will continue to refer all of my family and friends to Steven Cardillo. I am a Realtor with Exit Realty Central in the Central Florida area. I got with Security America Mortgage in February 2013. Susan Moeller was the loan officer and she is a rock star. She was able to close a short sale in 10 days. I have sent her several deals and she always gets the job done. She is my go to loan officer and never lets me down. I have joined the referral network and have used other great loan officers as well. I would recommend that if you are military you should give them a try! The VA process is their specialty. Having used a VA loan myself they are very experienced and know exactly what needs to be done to make sure our veterans are in good hands.

This was an awesome experience. Even with all the hurdles that we had to jump over. Natalie, my lender, was awesome. She never gave up on us. She had a lot of patience. If she made a mistake, she owned up to it. From the first day we contacted her until the day we signed papers on our house was 4.5 months. I will definitely recommend her for any VA loans that anyone asks for.
