By far the best in town! Trying to sell your house while buying another one is difficult enough - but we had an even bigger challenge. Due to an unforeseen flood elevation problem, my wife and I decided late in the loan approval process not to buy the house On Q was processing and go back to looking for something else. The team of Jeff Davis, Alex C. and Danielle R. stayed totally cool and gave us time to regroup and find another house without any pressure, fees or fusses. No added stress!! And that’s huge when making such an important decision. I got a fixed rate at 3.75% too. I highly recommend this company!
