My experience with Steven Castaneda (Network Funding) was beyond exceptional, I could not be more pleased! I was referred to Steve through a friend who worked with him to buy her first home. She had nothing but positive things to say about him and how much he helped her through the first time home buying process. Since this would be my first time purchasing a home, I knew I would need all the help and guidance I could get. After going through the whole process of buying my first home, I can honestly say that I am grateful that I had Steve by my side the entire way. He was informative and personable throughout the whole process. Even though I was a novice of the whole process, he was patient and kind, guiding me step by step. We are now all moved in and happy in our new home! I am beyond thankful! I definitely would recommend his services to friends/family in the future!

Network Funding seems to be the sole mortgage company Triumph Lending works for, making Triumph not a mortgage "broker" in the ordinary sense of the word. Network Funding gave a good rate, but actually closing with them is nearly impossible in my experience. Three days prior to my scheduled closing date to purchase a house, Chris Anderson of Triumph informed me we had to fix the foundation and repair cracks in the walls. Chris had an appraisal done over a month before the closing date that fully explained everything that was wrong with the house, including the settling foundation and cracks in the walls. This of course caused the seller to get mad at me as the buyer, and we almost lost the house because of it. Consumers beware - the cheapest is not always the best.

This was our first time applying for mortgage. I was doubting about applying a mortgage with a out of town company but Matthew Pierce and his team cleared my doubt. They are very helpful. Great communication. Work was done in timely matter. Everything was taken care of. We are very happy that we chose Triumph and Matthew as our loan officer. He is very intelligent, smart and listens to you well so he can come up with a option that suits you and your family. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you Matthew. Steve is hard working, helpful and very prompt in answering my questions/ concerns even on weekends. There was no hassle of signing hard copies, scanning and emailing them back. Everything is automated and all I have to do was log into my account to review docs and sign/ submit with the click of a button. Anyone who has the opinion that Loan Closing is a complex process will change their mind after working with Steve. I highly recommend Steve for those who want to avoid all the hassles with the closing process.
