Renee was responsive and informative with all of my questions throughout the first time home buyer experience; naturally I had a lot of questions. Renee was supportive when I began to get "cold feet" and I can say now that purchasing this home was the best decision I have ever made. Renee insisted on being present for my closing which was exactly the type of personal customer service I was looking for. When issues with the title company had arisen she took care of them diligently. My experience with Renee Morton & Morton Home Mortgage was very pleasing. As a Realtor it often becomes a challenge to find a Lender that will work dilligently to get your Buyer to the closing table. Renee took the "BULL by the Horns" and did just that. My Buyer faced some credit issues that were unexpected and with her extensive knowledge we were able to deal with the situation. With a deadline for our upcomming closing she worked towards our goal with confidence, thus allowing my Buyer to remain excited about her purchase. Due to no fault of Renees, there was a glitch in the closing process and the closing was to be delayed until Monday...it was supposed to close on Friday. Renee went above and beyond to get the closing to happen so I could get my keys and move in the house on schedule.
