I truly felt like his only client when I know that was so not the case! He guided me through the entire process and was there by my side for all of it. As a real estate investor you learn quickly “Time is money”, to be successful you must rely on your professional team that know what they are doing, listen, and deliver exceptional results. Great flat fee MLS service! If you are rental property investor whom needs just straight up MLS listing of your rentals (you will handle application screening, selection, leasing, online showing request, etc), Alex is the person.
