They make my clients feel welcomed and appreciated. They keep my clients informed about the process. In this fast pace real estate world that is a huge relief. Fireland actually gains the clients trust so they feel comfortable going to them for any and all questions they might have about title along the way. The most important thing they do is that take the time to get to know my clients. They are thankful for the business and you can see it in the way they conduct themselves. Awful/ unprofessional/lack of communication We sold a house in the Akron area and live is SW Fl. There was an issue every step of the way. No one in the office communicates with each other no one pays attention to detail. The only thing I can tell they are good at is making excuses for what happened. We explained to them at the beginning that we had never done this before but no one was willing to explain anything just that they were sorry they are busy since it was the end of the year. Customer service is something this organization seems to know nothing about. I would never recommend anyone use them.
