I have to give a HUGE thank you to Maximum Title loans, I needed some cash to pay for an unexpected Veterinary bill that came up for our family dog Pinky. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in helping me get the money I needed, They are an AZ owned company, and as I was applying for the loan, I quickly realized they are animal advocates as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a loan. They explained everything to me in full detail and it was easy to apply. I really do appreciate what they did, not just for me, but for my family.

Jackie at northern office is the best.i went there yesterday to make a payoff on my loan, and she did a great job on getting me out the door fast and easy. She also help me type a payoff letter for the car buyer. Great personality and professional attitude. I wish i could rate her for more stars but unfortunately they only allow 5. Wow! Where do I even start... I got myself into a tough financial situation and needed help ASAP. As soon as I walked through the door Jackie and Ivy began my experience with such great hospitality and amazing customer service and then topped that off by assisting me with the loan amounted I needed to stay on top right away! I got a title loan because I needed it at the time. My experience with Maximum has been alright. Pay attention to the paper work you are singing and what you are committing yourself too. The staff has a varying degree of quality but I have found management and leadership to knowledgeable and professional. If I felt the need for another title loan and the rates remain competitive I will come back.

They are the worst place really bad attitude they keep calling my fone after i told them that they have wrong number that i dont know the person they keep calling for they were really rude and have no respect for people they still keep calling then give me attitude and hang up when i asked them to pls stop calling they said they dont care that they will keep calling

Horrible people. The owner does not stand by the contract. Will make you jump through hoops if you cancel the deal in allotted time as per contract. Your title will not be released to you as they say 24 to 48 hours. They took 3 hours out of our day
