One of the worst experience possible. we were closing on 6/27/2016. I had to purchase a hazz insurance before closing. Paid this company close to $900 upfront for this insurance. The closing date was reschedule and the rep indicate to me she would make the adjustment after closing. I closed on 8/29/16. I called this company and they refused to make the adjustment but offered to cancel my insurance lapse it and reinstate. My lawyer recommend me that this was not a good idea. It had been months now and they have not refunded me the two months difference. Because I have been emailing them alot about the adjustment someone in February 2017 cancelled my entire policy purposely. I was notified by the bank and called. Fortunately it was caught and the policy reinstated. I am still waiting for why this was done purposely since they were paid a year in advance. Congress here I come

So disappointed. Was with this company for 4 years. Paid in full every year. Made one claim, for $400 worth of private property. Talked with agent, took 10 minutes, awarded me all my funds ( minus the $250 deductible). Fast forward a week later, to some random person calling, taking over for my agent, and refusing me ANY of my claim. What a cheap company, that finds some loop hole for $150. I refuse to give them one more penny or my time. I wish I could give minus stars.

If I could give a negative number I would have. After a hail storm damaged my roof they would only pay 1/4 of the quote due to depreciation and non recoverable policy. After only giving a fraction to fix my roof and leave me without a repair they QUADRUPLED my policy from $800 to $3200 a year. Basically taking the amount they issued right back. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! Do not use this company.

Had a hail storm hit my neighborhood. After only getting cash value for my roof they requested bank statements to get the contractor paid. Absolutely rediculous that they will go out of their way to get personal information even after i had to come out of pocket for repairs. Beware this is Geico homeowners insurance. I will never use Geico or Homsite again.

My insurance went from $660 annually to over $2200 in three years with no plausible explanation. These people are criminals, do not use them or progressive for homeowners insurance! They offered me no counter action of any kind to dispute the massive premium hikes. Morally unjust company!

I do not recommend this agency. Nickle and dimed me on my claim till I got only about 50% of my loss back and then jacked my rates up so that they made the entire amount back in a few months. Ive been trying to call and cancel my policy but no one will answer their phone.

It was super easy. A woman named,Becky Lilly, had everything I needed set up within ten minutes. She was even able to met me multiple discounts, including bundling auto with it. Thank you Becky!

Do not use. I have warned you! If you have them, change before you have a claim. Very very rude, and will not pay claims, we had homeowners with them through geico. zero stars
