I have been a customer with this State Farm agency for about 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I have been speaking with Arren Burkhardt throughout my contract. She has been amazing. She goes over and beyond what is expected of her. Arren has a quick response when you contact her via email or phone. She is very knowledgeable about all the policies State Farm has to offer. She has always followed up with me when I’m eligible for new discounts. She has helped me with my car insurance, rental insurance, personal articles policy AND helping me refinance my vehicle! She has been a great help and I look forward to continue to work with her and State Farm. I highly recommend Arren Burkhardt at the Kyle Angelle State Farm Agency.

Absolutely horrible!! We have had numerous issues with adding, taking away cars from the policy. Their response is to always ask for who we talked to, if you dont remember or write it down who you spoke with then it never happened. They still charge you for cars even though they are not covering them you have removed and cant tell you why it hasnt been removed yet. Worst customer service and no common sense or work ethic what so ever. This office acts like they are doing you a favor by you being their customer not the other way around. StateFarm has been ok, this office is horrible!!!!

I have only positive things to say about State Farm and this agency! I have opened several accounts with them within the last 2 years. Christina Colorado is the representative I always communicate with, and she is more than helpful! If I even have the smallest question, she responds in a timely matter and is more than willing to meet with me. When we do meet, she brings more than enough materials to answer my questions, and provides me with all the information I need to make important decisions. I am so thankful for her time and I can trust that my accounts are in good hands!

I was sent an e-mail asking me to provide feedback on my recent claim experience. All I can say is WOW! I did not even realize I had coverage for this type of loss. When I did call about it, Rosetta was quick and efficient. Rosetta started the claim process for me. I then received a call from the claim specialist assigned to my case. I literally spent 10 minutes on the phone with the claim specialist and then received a check for my claim 1 week later. I have been blown away with the quick and efficient way my claim was handled. The experience I had here was AMAZING! A gentleman named Matt Wigtil there saved me a ton of money on my insurance. I was paying $209 but after talking to him he was able to get me a rate $97 a month for the same coverage!!! I got in one accident once I had my insurance with them and it was handled great. The experience I received after it was exceptional. I recommend them to all of my friends and family!
