No one likes having to file a claim. I used the State Farm Pocket Agent App and it was so easy to use. You can even upload pictures of your vehicle. The very next day I received a call from the Claims Department. We went over a few simple details and within 15 minutes we were already discussing where to drop off my car and rental details. The Property Team (since my claim was filed under UIM) gave me options to the closest Body Shop / Repair center, closest Rental Car facility, and also the phone number to reach out to them if I needed to. Once I got off the phone with the Property Team I called the body shop and they already had the claim in their possession. WOW! is all I can say. I expected to be on the phone for at least an hour dealing with this issue, not at all in this case. State Farm - they really are like a good neighbor. Thank You State Farm and Steve Sipes!!!
