I am a State Farm customer. I bought a new car and need to add this car to my current policy. I contacted one State Farm agency which is close to me. They gave me really bad service and I almost decide to leave State Farm. Then I saw goodGoogle review for this a gent. I thought I might try this one and it turned out to be the right thing to do. They gave me really good coverage for my car without increasing premium. They answered my questions patiently. If not Connie, I would leave State Farm.

I love this full service agency. When I had a wreck recently, I called the office and within minutes a friendly knowledgeable staffer set up my claim. David personally followed up with me to make sure the claim was moving along. I dropped my car off at a state farm preferred shop, picked up my prearranged rent car and 10 days later I picked up my repaired car. Very smooth, very easy. Cant get that level of attention on line.

After being told by the claims department that I would not likely be reimbursed for my towing fee, I was contacted by Sharon at the David Cohen office. She was very nice and said that she would look into it for me. Within a day or two she contacted me again to let me know that I would in fact be able to receive reimbursement. The check is already on its way and I am so thankful to Sharon for all of her help!
