I am a policy holder with GEICO... I have had a series of unfortunate events that has happened while I have been driving in the last year - from my car almost being totaled to road side assistance in the last year. From the corporate level down to the local level I have received outstanding customer service! Adam was extremely helpful and as a new employee was able to help me navigate the different questions and changes I needed! My life has been very stressful and it is a HUGE relief to have an insurance company that has not added to that but has even helped to alleviate it. Very grateful to this company and its employees - I will be recommending this office and look forward to a long relationship!

Honestly with all the issues I had with my last insurance and not as many of the benefits I am getting with Geico. Shelby Harris is one of the insurance representatives I have ever talked to. I had enrolled with progressive that had all my info from previous policy. I was handed off to nationwide and then to Titan insurance without my knowledge. I had to text a pic of previous coverage by taking a pic which was never processed. My insurance was cancelled without my knowledge. Thank you Gieco!!! You need to give my agent a raise!
