I have never had such a great insurance company, like Bill Matchell and his team. I love working with Karla Kirkland, I have moved from Ks to Fl and she was the first person I met here in GV. I did not know the in and out here in this state and this person Karla Kirkland was professional and helpful. I had my first accident here, while heading to Tx for Thanksgiving I was rear-ended and it was so stressful, I had to rent a car and cancel my trip. Bill Matchell personally helped me with all the transaction making sure that I did not have to worry about all the details of expenses. My insurance never went up and they continue to help get discounts on my policy and with my daughter in College. I could go on and on with Bill Matchell and his team. Thank you for making me family at State Farm Insurance.

Way better than 5 stars! I have been insured by State Farm continuously for nearly 60 years, have moved around the country many times, and always appreciated the "good neighbor" service by all of the State Farm agents. Before making an offer on a Gainesville home to move here, I contacted Ms. Tina Haynes late on a Friday to get an insurance quote, not at all realizing how complicated the process would be. Tina was unbelievably skilled, helpful, and friendly. She generously worked late on a Friday evening to complete the quotation and also went out of her way to make me feel welcome to Gainesville. Have not yet met Mr. Matchell, but I highly recommend Tina (and State Farm).

Insurance policies are often confusing and hard to understand to most people .The agents at Bill Matchell will take time to explain all the ins and outs of insurance . Karla is an amazing agent that truly cares about your needs . She will work with you and figure out exactly how to write the coverage for your needs . I have been with State Farm for 27 years and by far they are the best Agent out there . I may be a little partial because she shares my first name but they truly are good down to earth people who truly care about you and your needs .

I have had insurance through state farm for almost a year now and I will most definitely be continuing to have insurance through them and at this office specifically. I love all the ladies in the office especially Brandi north she always takes care of me and answers all my questions and concerns without hesitations. Even the days that she is not in the office everyone that has ever helped me there is very nice and on top of things, there customer service is excellent!

Bill has the BEST customer service people in town!! They are quick to answer any of my questions and always direct me in the right direction. I recently signed up for a Roth IRA account with Bill and he was patient through the process to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. All of my experiences have been great with Bill and his team and I would highly recommend anybody to them. TOP CLASS SERVICE IN GAINESVILLE FL!!

I have had my insurance with State Farm for many years now. At the first of the year I decided to get life insurance. Mr. Matchell was so accommodating, I could not make it into the office to discuss the policy so he came all the way to my home to help my husband and I get things settled. I have had nothing but good experiences with this agency! The girls are very kind and knowledgeable! I really recommend them!

Recently, we received a bill from FEMA raising our flood insurance fee over 200%. I appealed and obtained the necessary documentation. Michele Kimmey then followed our appeal, kept me informed and we were ultimately successful. Great job Michele
