Update: After being contacted personally by Mr. Lee McGriff, we have changed our rating from one star to three stars. He took our concerns very seriously and we have decided to renew our policy with them in the hopes that in the future, they will work harder for us . We have decided not to renew our home owner policy. Every year since we have been with McGriff-Williams since 2012, we have experienced a substantial rate increase. In 5 years with no claims, my policy has increased more than 50%. Every year I have asked if anything could be done, and was told that the only thing I could do was pay more money to have a wind mitigation inspection. Well this year I decided, not to trust McGriff-Williams and checked with another agency and got a comparable policy for $852 with an A rated company verses their $1409 policy. I am betting they could have quoted me with less expensive companies all the previous years I requested assistance. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!!

I have used several big insurance companies in the past thinking their size of clientele was saving me money, but after getting a quote from McGriff-Williams Insurance I found I was making a mistake thinking the bigger brands were less expensive. McGriff-Willams Insurance has saved me lots since the change and more importantly, their customer service is unmatched! I have been with them for several years now and recommend them to all my friends. They treat me like a friend of the family and are always available anytime I have questions and need counsel on protecting my investments. They cover my vehicles, personal property and also my rental properties and do a fabulous job!
