Horrible! The worst customer service ever. I sat there for 20 minutes as they talked about what they were gonna get for lunch. So much for going on MY lunch break. They cannot process simple requests such as changing an address. They never changed mine when I called and asked and my insurance got cancelled. Stay away!

The service is awful! When I call for help they put me on hold for at least 5 min. The ladies that answer the phone are completely dismissive not to mention incompetent. If you need insurance do not go here unless you like awful service.
