The rates for my car insurance was better than everywhere else so the sales agents and all are a good 5 stars but so far as for claims go. I’ve sent in photos of the accident of the vehicle being completely pulled out of the parking spot. Not even the bumper being in the parking spot but they’re still saying it’s looking like it’ll be a shared responsibility. Now, when I call and try to figure this out; it seems more like it’ll be easier for them to say it’s a shared and raise my rates than for them to fight and actually protect their clients. So my opinion on tht isn’t going to change until they show that they atleast TRIED even if it comes down to shared responsibility

Very bad service as they kept raising my car insurance rates every 6 months, even though my driving record is perfect. I walked into their office & they offered me a low monthly rate. These Geico scumbags called me the next day & raised my rates, even though I have a perfect driving record. Six months later, they raised my rates again, this time very high! And I have a perfect driving record. And if my car is older, it should cost less to insure it each year right, not more?! This particular office is a scam. Stay away from greedy offices like this one.

When we moved to Las Vegas our insurance bill DOUBLED with American Family Insurance from what it had been in Utah. We called went into Geico and they were SO HELPFUL! The guy who helped us get everything straightened out helped get us more coverage for nearly the same as we were paying before and way better home coverage. They are always so helpful when I have any questions and I can always get a hold of someone! Super happy and grateful for the wonderful service at this Geico location!

Kira- Aug. 2.Dean is efficient,knowledgeble, easy to talk too.i had a great expirience dealing with him and his office stuff. level he takes customer service deserves respect. i am very impressed with how my needs were addressed at his office. i have nothing but highest recomendations for Dean and his team. if you are looking for great service and goog rates, Deans office is all you need!

Unbelievable, this is the first time I called Geico. Unpleasent experiance with the female agent named Edeth. She asked me for my social and all the information needed. As soon as she informed me that she would be running my credit, I told her I wish I was aware of that prior to giving her my information. She hung up on me afterwords. Unprofessional phone ethics.

I have been shopping around for insurance for the past 15 days and finally decided to take up geico. Never thought it would be any different than the others but I was floored when they showed me my premium. 15% or more? more like 50% or more!!! Best insurance agency hands down. I have been with over 5 insurance companies and I have to say this local Geico agency provided the best service and the lowest rate. Great service, John was extremely nice, Based on a friends recommendation I called and he set up my policy over the phone in under ten minutes. Then I went into the Stephanie St with my brother office to set up his policy where he answered all of our questions and was really friendly.
