I have been in the mortgage business for 17+ years and have closed over 2 Billion in volume and have used lots of title companies. I would rank CLA title as one of the best. Their communication was fantastic and their service was amazing. They even went to the clients house on a Saturday to do the settlement. Nobody wants to work on a Saturday but they did it happily. I bought a house earlier this year and CLA did the closing. They were great. Extremely patient, thorough, and efficient. Very important to a first time buyer. They explained every document to my wife and I through the entire process. They even gave us a little gift after settlement. Afterwards there was a slight mishap with the home warranty. I contact them and they immediately rectified the problem. I would definitely recommend them. Great job guys.

I was contacted in a short notice to perform a closing for CLA Title & Escrow and a second assignment came a few weeks later. two and a half months gone by and with a lot of emails and calls I was able to collect a portion of the fees. I guess they keep getting new vendors since the ones have done business with them would not accept any promises. Be careful

Not a good company at all. They do not pay on time to the abstractors. They need title work done same day and they take 3 to 4 months to pay the outstanding invoices.
