I requested a title search and after three e-mails and two phone calls I finally received a very nasty response from them. It seems that they are too busy with the holiday season to do their work. Considering the amount of money they charge, they really should get workers who have customer service and the ability to respond to either an e-mail or a voice mail. It is taking more than two weeks to get three searches and costing more than $1,000 for the work they are performing. Sad, very sad. As a lender, I would never use them again.

Worst experience ever !! Battled with this incompetent company for two months over a mistake they made. Promised to take care of it and then told me to get a lawyer. Further requests were met by being ignored. I was polite and respectful, not the same in return. Run far away. There are many other options. Buyer Beware less than zero stars
