Assholes !!! I went in to drop off a very small package that needed to be sent back to a retailer. I ran out of tape at home and they wanted to charge me $2 for a 6 inch piece of tape. REALLY? How about you gladly take the package and say "thank you" & slap a piece of tape on it?????

When trying to order a mailbox remotely, the staff never followed up and had me calling multiple times to complete my service. A lot of unnecessary work on my end for sub par service.
