I was approaching one of the most stressful times in my life, buying my first home. I was approximately 40 points away from where I needed to be. I was referred to Nik with Key Credit Repair to help with my credit issues. He was always there when I needed him and responded quickly to emails as well as returning calls promptly. He was wonderful to deal with and put me at ease during this process. I felt confident that he was doing everything that he could do to improve my situation. Nik worked diligently and all of his efforts helped improve my score making it possible to buy my first home after a few months. When you talk to someone about credit it is such a touchy subject. Most people will reserve there comments. I bump into Nikita, and in process of selling him a car the conversation came up about credit. Myself being the fincance person involved in the deal. I should have been the one having the good credit, but it was the opposite. When I found out what his profession was it was like a light from the sky.I decided to actually take his offer to work with me, and after seven months my credit went from 620 to 740 with minimal charges. His service was great, very helpfull, and honest. I would recomend him to anyone.

I got into some really tight binds in my life and had to default on many of my accounts just to get by. When I put my life inorder I tried to get a credit card and was denied becuase of my horrible credit. I was recommended to Key Credit by a friend and after speaking with Nik I was assured that there was a way that I could get my life back on track with their help. I barely started with Key Crédit Repair but so far the customer service has been good. My initial consultant went over my credit problems and the options I had just from her initial look at my report. She asked me about my credit goals and after talking she told me that my goals are certainly doable and workable. I have high hopes to see results soon. Horrible communication. I have been calling for several weeks to get my account figured out. Every time I have called i been told that someone would contact me and no call back since then. Account was cancelled due to 8 months of being on it and the terms ending and yet my credit has not changed not one bit. Now they want me to do another 4 months of paying. This company is a scam, the positive posting reviews they have are by their employees. I did my research after they called me over and over. This is a scam company. They will take your money, then do very little. Stay away!
