I could not understand what the person on the telephone was saying. Her accent was TOO foreign to be understood by me in North America. If I had to guess her accent origin I would say India. My experience with other people from India is that many can communicate both directions across the Pacific in a useful manner. TransUnion chose to employ at least one person who cannot do so. When i said I could not understand her, she just kept on talking. There was NO offer to connect to another person. The result was I could not get my problem resolved via telephone

Had to fight like crazy to get my credit fixed. Once they finally did it they removed a good line of credit I had from my file too so once again trashing my credit and completely admits no fault in the matter and refuses to fix it. Held hostage by businesses.

This company is horrible but so is entire system. Consumers are FORCED to use them so they have no incentive to offer good service. The whole system needs to regulated!
