HORRIBLE just insanely HORRIBLE I’m talking about you SAM the MANAGER, your employer put a bill that I was never ever informed of for $88 and when I noticed it On my report I called and kindly asked for a little more information to establish that this was indeed my account and even though I was not convinced that it belonged to me I still offered to pay the amount to avoid the hassle of trying to hire lawyers and credit consultants on one condition that they send a deletion letter to myself and all three major credit reporting bureaus, but SAM you chose to berate me and tell me how you didn’t care if I paid it or not that it was my problem.... well SAM the manager, how in holy hell you made “manager” is beyond me ( must be a low bar huh?) anyways I think you would greatly benefit from training and I mean some navy seal kinda training in customer service and people skills cause the “hood” was coming through when speaking to me no what I mean homie .... like come on bro seriously you are a manager representing your employer and the good people (some) that work under you and you did you’re self and those folks a great disservice. I will finish with, as of today there are three separate investigations, CFPB - BBB - FTC all which I have a ongoing relationship with and some good friends up top so goodbye SAM the manager

After doing much digging I found out this company is an actual debt collector. Due to no fault of their own nor mine, they had a wrong address and had sent me information I never received. However when they called, I was told the only information they had was a doctors name with an address that was over 11 years old and a doctor affiliated with a hospital I had never been to. I believe they should be provided the actual bill from the client to make the claims easier for them to collect and so that people can validate what they are being told over the phone. Also, to your customer service, you can not hang up on someone when they are questioning why you want credit card information and social security numbers over the phone. In this world of cyber security concerns, no person with half a brain would believe you are in fact an actual debt collector without solid verification. Unprofessionalism would support this theory. I believe there are internal and external factors that should change to make your business run more smoothly and help your employees from dealing with frustrated people who just want to know exactly what is being collected and why they have not seen any proof of this prior to hearing from you.

The person I spoke with was so rude. And if you asked a questioned she would rudely answer back. I was unaware of a bill that I had that went to this collection agency and I just wanted her to explain where it was from and how much. I asked could I be on a payment plan cause I misunderstood the price she told me and she was like umm no. I feel bad for people who have to deal with that person to get their stuff paid. I asked for a receipt and it seemed liked it bothered her. I will be checking my credit report for this company to make sure this is removed off my credit.

Wow... This "agency" is an absolute joke. The supervisor, Erica, i spoke with tonight was just terrible and rather rude. Im sure someone will auto reply and say that i have the wrong company, but trust and believe i know it is you. I myself am a customer service rep and its sad that someone in that area doesnt want to help out the person they are interacting with any way they can. And make your situation harder at that. Smh

Put a debt owed by another person with the same last name but the wrong 1st name on my credit report. It took me 5 months to remove it and then only I hired an attorney. Every time I called they spoke nasty to me. Jeff there told me I was scum trying to cheat them out of the money I owed them. Funny since I never even lived in the state they say was the address. Real dirt bags.

After being told I had paid everything by one person and as a result it would not affect my credit score, another insisted I owed $56 which then impact my credit score. So I called to ask for a statement to see what I owe and was told it was against company policy! It seems they cannot help but be rude.
