Absolutely the worst people to deal with. The harassed me daily then called my mother and harassed her. Started calling my job. They lady that I did speak to was way to ghetto. She had an attitude and talked to me like I was a piece of trash. She yelled at me and was very unprofessional. Then I read the mission of t h e MARS company. Epic fail. I was finally transfered to a "supervisor" that treated me like a criminal. I have never been so disgusted with a business. Esp when they are trying to get me for an apartment that I had already moved out of.

This company is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called and was transferred over to another representative, the lady failed to have proper communication skills. They would not give me any information regarding my collections because they had no way of proving it was me. I informed them of my social, the date, my name and everything and still refused to give me information.

Heartless and horrible people. My husband has a life-threatening disease, therefore his income has decreased and medical expenses have increased. They want us to pay $250 a month on our debt, which is obviously not possible. They threatened us and harassed us at work! Horrible! I have contacted FTC. I wish there was a way to leave ZERO stars!
