Unfortunately, I would not recommend Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union. While they provided a loan in a time of need, and more than took care of it, the customer service has been lacking at best. As we no longer live in Casper or Wyoming, getting a return call or email is on "their" time. They leave the impression that members are not worthy of a return phone call or email in a timely fashion. Very sad that a small town credit union has big time anonymity issues.

If you are looking for a great and personalized banking experience, Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union in my opinion, is your only choice. I have been banking with them for quite some time and I have had nothing short of an awesome experience with them. They know me when I come in and are always helpful and offer great customer assistance. Highly recommended.

I love how when I walk into the bank, everyone is always cheerful and no matter what my question is, someone is always there to help. I do both my business and personal banking there and I like the local and personalized service I get here. I used to go to a bigger bank, but Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union offer their members a lot more benefits.

Very friendly and outgoing enviroment, clean, free checking! Easy mobile banking with an application for iphones and android. Simple transfers for loan payment(s) via mobile or internet if loan is with the credit union, and if not free bill pay!
