This place is such a disorganized mess. First, I called their office to make an appointment to meet up with any of their available agent. They said that they were going to call me back. However, they never did. Next time that I called I did make an appointment with an agent Jack. My husband had to take a time off from work to meet up this agent. Well, agent Jack never showed up. This is such an unprofessional place. If I could give them a 0 star I would certainly do so.

Chris Pizza is the best insurance agent! After transferring my coverage from another Bear River agent, he reviewed the coverage and made recommendations to increase that coverage while actually saving me money. I now feel more secure knowing my coverage is better and more secure knowing I am not wasting money and most importantly, more secure knowing I have a great agent looking out for me and my family.
