HORRIBLE experience! Errors were made frequently, my account was debited for services that I did not receive, and my specialists were extremely incompetent. I tried to cancel the service in October, but was billed until February. I called each month to ensure the account was cancelled, and was told it was, only to get an amount auto deducted from my account. Additionally, I was told my year-end tax items had been filed and paid. Only to find out that they were not, and I was responsible for doing all of that. They also got my account mixed up with another client, and told me I had to pay $5,200 in order to get my year end paperwork processed. Steer clear!!

Was not impressed. I tried for way too long to get some help and answers about a very important matter. I finally got a helpful person named Anita to help. She was not the original person that was frustrating to work with. The original person was not responsive or helpful. Anita is the reason I increased my rating on this review.

They used to be a good company. However, the cost of using them got to be too expensive. I moved to a PEO and love it. Then the State send me legal notices that my witholdings had not been filed! Trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare.

Started out with great contact and communication but changed after second payroll period. Now I am getting WC insurance company saying that I still owe them but was told paychex would notify them and take care of it twice now.

I use to love these guys now they are horrible I used them since 2005 and now I am going to a different company customer service is horrible and no one picks up the phone.... Very very very horrible customer service

My company has been using Paychex for the last 8 years now. After multiple miscues, errors, and poor customer service we have finally decided to switch. I would not recommend this payroll service.

They have done a great job for us. If there are ever any issues, they address them promptly. No payroll provider is perfect, but they are one of the best in my experience.
