I have had two car loans through this company I payed both of them off in or before the time needed . I had no late payments or late charges .. I have recently tried to get another car loan for less than the amounts I had gotten before and they are saying I do not make enough $ to pay rent plus a car payment. I make more $ now and pay less rent now then I did with my first two loans through them also my credit is way better now then it was.. Maybe they only lend $ to people with terrible credit so they can jack up the interest rate so you pay 3 times the amount of the vehicle you are trying to purchase? They also sent me letters in the mail saying how much of a valued customer I am and if I need another loan to call them also received phone calls asking if I needed another loan . Why call and send letters saying I am a valued customer if you are going to run me around and then not give me another loan? One word I would have to say about this company is(WORTHLESS) well I guess that is two words WORTH LESS.... I will be taking my $ and business elsewhere and will not recommend this company to anyone for loans... I rate them 0 but they do not let you rate them that low....Thank you for your first two loans, and your welcome for all the $ I made your company. Reuben Perez VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

They financed my car right at the dealers and everybody was above board about the interest rate and all. I have called them a couple of times and they have immediately done what I had asked. Once I mistakenly given them an old bank account number and when it came back to them unpaid they called me. They were really nice about it and when I told them what I had done the guy laughed and waved all fees because he knew I did not do it on purpose. I asked them about lower my interest rate and was told to call back after I have made 6 payments and all on time they will review my history and lower my interest rate quite a bit for the rest of the 3 year loan.

i have had no problems what so ever with this company. the customer service is so nice and i was never on hold more then a few minutes at a time. They have always worked with me on the months i had hard time paying. they gave me and my husband a chance to get into a new car and the interest is high but that is expected for someone like us with terrible credit. our credit score has gone way up since we started with them and have started the process of a home loan now thanks to this loan so i would say they have helped us out tremendously . would definitely recommend and use them again.

you money stolen them. Towering interests you steal my car was worth 3500 cash did not have the money at that time and pay down 1500 and two years later I had paid accounts and an amount of $ 7890. cas three times what the vehicle was worth. they take advantage

I have one car loan with Reliable Credit, it will be paid off in a little less than a year. I have had the best experience with them thus far. I make my monthly payment on time and each time they are friendly and professional. I actually had someone total my new car (which my insurance ended up paying off the loan with Reliable Credit). I was able to obtain a new car loan within days so that I could get into a new car again. I will always go to reliable credit for my vehicle loans - I wish they did home loans too!

I recently had a loan thru reliable yes the interest rate is a little high, but as far as being able to get a loan on a second vehicle was very easy.I financed a ford ranger from them had no problems with finance or any one calling and harassing me. Every time i called customer service they were very helpful. I am considering a personal loan thru them.. make your payments on time and the collection dept wont have to call you, most loans have a grace period that gives you a little time if you are in a bind!!

High interest rate? Sure, that is the deal when they loan money to people that are a high risk. Every single time I call to make a payment, they have been very personable, friendly, helpful, and super nice. I have somewhat high expectations when it comes to getting decent customer service, it is so hard to come by these days. I have no complaints, and have no problem with giving them the "credit" they deserve for providing great customer service.

They are the worst rude inconsiderate people I have ever ever dealt with. They made me feel horrible!! I lost my job got into a rut but still paid until these past two months. I paid a the past due amount and they now are going 2 repo my car unless I pay 1400.00. On top of that the car was purchased for 7995, I paid 1500 down and 340.00 a month for a year. and my balance is 8000.00!!!!! Dont get a loan from there!!!!!!

Terrible company they have been nothing but rude. My card got stolen and they procided to use the stolen card that was canceled in which they took my car away because I "refused" to make payments even though I gave then the new card for payments multiple times. I was only 2 payments behind because of this and now they want me to pay 1400 because of their mistake... Ummm no thank you. I guess I will see them in court.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE. I paid my car payments 3 months in advance and they continued to pull money out of my account without my permission. I called and cancelled my auto pay. I was charged with an incredulous amount of fees. The interest rates are out of this world. Customer service is awful. Find another way to get financing. There are other places. Do your research. I wish I had.

The customer service here is exceptional! I have a car loan through them, got in a bind and took out a persnal loan, they added it on to my car loan and reduced the interest rate! Their rates are still high but they took a chance on someone with negative credit and I will be forever greatful!! Everyone I have spoken to here has been nothing but gracious and accomodating!

I absolutely dislike Reliable Credit and I DO make payments on time. Their customer service department is only nice on days when they feel like being nice. Additionally, even for those with good credit, their rates are too high. I just chalk it up to experience and being young and stupid when we bought our car and got a loan. LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF REGRET FOLKS! :)

Terrible customer service and they are absolute crooks just looking for a reason to up your interest rate or attempt to repossess your vehicle. Steady payments mean nothing to them. Double talk and outright lies are what you will get for loyalty. The absolute worst experience I have ever had!!!

We have had nothing but positive, respectful, and helpful customer service from Reliable Credit. I have never once been talked rudely to. They have been understanding and helpful when we have had any issues with getting our payment in on time. Very happy with our decision thus far.

liars liars liars i fell 2 months behind after being 3 years on time talked to them agreed to a repo and would pay off remainder balance (only 2k) at a lower payment the car was sold at auction and not even 2 weeks after that they sent my dept to collections..wtf...
