Great experience with the FCU. We are very please with our new car loan and the low interest rate, it was fast, very professional and great customer service. First time we went out of the country they blocked my account , but a simple phone call solved the problem. Now, I know to let them now if we have to travel. excellent way to protect your money. We love the annual breakfast activity and the prizes. One of this times, I get the big one! Great job. Thank you all.

I have had nothing but great service from Freedom C.U. I have taken out two auto loans and it could not have been easier. When I call in its like they already know what I need before I even ask and their interest rates are super competitive. I have been a member of another credit union in town for over 30 years and they still treat me like a number! I am switching all of my accounts to Freedom CU and never looking back!

Every time I go in to get something done all of the employees are on top of things, they answer all the questions that I have. They are fast and are always willing to help. I will be moving out of state soon and am going to stay with freedom cu because of how great they are. If you are looking for a bank or credit union in the Provo or even just Utah, I would highly recommend them!
