As someone who is publicly passionate about automobiles and making sure my vehicle is safe, I would not recommend Jared Dean State Farm to anyone. After calling to switch my renters insurance, they cancelled the policy on my new address and kept insuring the home I did not occupy. This mixup was no revealed to me until I got a cancellation notice in the mail weeks later. The policy for the new address was cancelled the day I called to cover my new address. I also called three times to cancel my policy this morning (during office hours) and the phone was not answered. If you are that incompetent with paperwork I certainly do not trust you with my car.

My wife and I would like to thank Vlad Cherchenko for his expertise and knowledge when he set up our son with an auto and renters insurance policy upon relocating to the Portland area. Vlad is extremely knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. He explained all the options and the process thoroughly, so that the policy could be started up promptly. His friendly, polite and accommodating approach has been greatly appreciated, as we had many questions that he answered completely and with accuracy and always with a positive attitude. Great experience. Staff (shanna) was so friendly and answered all my questions. I got auto and renters insurance together for cheaper than other companies quoted for auto insurance alone. I had also been told by other companies that because my vehicle has a rebuilt title, it would not qualify for comprehensive coverage, but state farm was actually able to give me that coverage as well. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Vlad Cherchenko was very helpful! He got me the best deals and I was very pleased with the quotes. He got us approved for a credit card right on the spot, and already set up another appt for 6 months down the road to get us started on our retirement plans and stuff early on. (We are in our 20s.) Always on top of things to find me better prices and options and super helpful every time I have a question - which I have had loads of, trying to navigate the insurance jungle. Without Chelsea I would probably be both under-insured and over-paying. Highly recommended.
