Cindy McGowan was amazing! I was supposed to sign my first commercial lease in less than 24 hours and learned last minute that I needed commercial liability insurance before the landlord would allow me to take occupancy. I was a little lost. At 3:30pm in the afternoon I called EPBB as referred by a colleague. I got a real person on the phone immediately, and they kindly transferred me to Cindy. She asked me a few simple questions, walked and talked me through what I needed. She let me know she could help me secure an appropriate policy, but that it might take a day or two to process. She underpromised how soon she could deliver. Before 9am the next morning, Cindy emailed me a policy quote which was comprehensive and complete, and reasonably priced. She also offered to email the certificate of insurance direct to my agent so he could supply it to my new landlord. Thank you Cindy McGowan and EPBB! Outstanding service. Highly Recommend.

Hello - Prior to relocating to Germany in 2014 for an international work assignment, my wife and I were long-time customers of EPB&B.
