The people at this service center are always nice, but as a whole, AAA has been a let down over the past five years. In that time I have called for service 3 times. The first time my car was stuck in snow in the middle of the road. When I called I was told it would be at least a 2.5 hour wait. I was able to find someone to pull me out way before that. But things happen, no big deal. The next time I needed assistance my car would not start in an airport parking lot. I called and asked for a jumpstart. I was told it would be 45 minutes. 90 minutes later I called back and was told nobody had been dispatched. I ended up finding someone else to give me a jumpstart. The last time I needed assistance it was because I injured my left ankle while on a trip and was on crutches. My vehicle has a manual transmission and I was not supposed to be using my left ankle. So I called and asked for my car to be towed to my house. They refused because I was honest that the car was fine, I just could not drive it.
