Oh my God...I just got off the phone with one of there representatives (cannot be called "Customer service") She was so rude that she did not want to tell me where she was calling from. I asked several times and all she would say is that "for security purposes" I needed to verify my birthdate and last 4. Well, for security purposes, I do not give that stuff over the phone (she called me) I told her that and she just said that she would call back when I was more cooperative and that the phone calls would keep coming until I gave them my info. I did not know who they were until I called the number back. Flies and honey people.. when I called back and explained what happened the lady explained to me that they cannot give out information until I verify mine. and that she was sure that she did not mean it the way I was saying...yes...she did.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. I had questions and I quote "we do not bend over backwards to help you in anyway". I realize they are attempting to collect money, however, I had an unusual case and they offered no assistance or even a recommendation of who to call to work it out.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a total ripoff... They made an attempt to double my amount owed on a debt and charge extra fees.. Only after I contacted the original debtor did I get a correct amount and was able to begin paying off my debt...
