Refinancing a home loan is a VERY complex process to say the least. There are a number of lenders out there and it is mindboggling to figure out which lender to select. I heard of United Faith Mortgage on the radio station 95.1 FM, SHINE FM. Their promotional explanation of why to select United Faith Mortgage described my situation exactly as my home loan was about to double. Like many home owners, my APR was set to expire. If this is you call them NOW!!!!! The team at United Faith Mortgage work VERY hard to make the process as simple as possible. I often wondered how the process could be simplified and I found there is no exact or simple answer as each loan situation and need is different from one client to the next. They helped me to get a GREAT interest rate and monthly payment that is nowhere near what my old lender was about to require. I even gave my original lender a chance to help me. That was a lost cause and a serious waste of energy. Give United Faith Mortgage a call and see what they can do for you. If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, do it NOW!!!! Michael and his team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Both Michael and Josh were remote, but if I needed anything or had any questions, their responsiveness was always prompt and helpful. This was my second time financing a home, but my first time with United Mortgage. Knowing what I know now, I would have definitely used United Mortgage the for my first home. I cannot believe the difference in how much smoother it was working with these guys than it was when I used Synovus. I initially received a letter in the mail extolling the benefits of a refinance due to the decrease in mortgage insurance rates. I called on a whim and lucky enough ended up working with Salvatore Rizzolo. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and was there to answer any and all questions I had throughout the process. (And I had a lot!) I am normally a person that prefers to deal with a local lender. I can be skeptical of those I am not working face to face with. However, Sal won me over and certainly gained my trust. My refi was incredibly smooth and closed in a matter of weeks. Since the beginning he gave me the best rate possible and he stayed true to his word by not changing the rate throughout the whole loan possess.
