My experience with infinity is terrible, never again to make sure with you, I throw in auto insurance, and send documentation they asked me, the next month I went a lot without warning because you according to not send the necessary information in time, when claim told me that information, which was yourselves in fact not could accept, the case was that anyway wanted me high insurance, did not want to lose in any way, result, I left the Sgura and I sent up a bill which for me was a robbery of you, and impudence, more than one hundred dollars that supposedly devia pay not know, I never understood that it was the tax, but for me are swindlers unethical, and I do not want to generalize because it might please have some agent of infinity that may be honest, but for me are swindlers and tricksters, and who asked me not have good references that give about you, for a pittance as the saying lose customers and credibility, you work for the fee bread for today, hunger for tomorrow, that means I do not buy more insurance bearing the name of infinity or crazy, either auto, home, life, etc. Thank you for your very bad job,

Horrible service.. went for a claim due to a guy that crash into my vehicle and he had this insurance the adjusters make an appraisal of your damages for what they see in the OUTSIDE, WHAT ABOUT THE ENGINE PART HELLO. once u sign a paper saying you wont file an injury claim less than 5min you will get a call saying they will only pay 80% of ur estimate value of ur damages why their excuse is that u always be 20% at fault even if they rear end u, cause there is always a way to prevet it NO COMMENTS. so people be ready to pay out of your pocket even if is not your fault and by the way u sign that paper they value ur life for $100.00 miserable dollars so DO NOT SIGN THE PAPER CLAIM THE INJURIES OR OTHERWISE GET AN ATTORNEY DONT DO SAME MISTAKE I DID TRUSTING THEY WILL FIX MY CAR 100% they WONT AND THEY WILL FIX IT WITH AFTERMARKET PARTS NOT EVEN LEGIT PARTS FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.. WHO EVER HAS TO MAKE A CLAIM TO THIS INSURANCE AS A VICTIM RIGHT NOW HIT THEM WITH ALL U GOT AND DONT LET THEM CONFUSE U by they way they will send you to the worst body shop in dade county

For me the worst very informal I do not want to know of this insurance and do not recommend anyone I was very formal with my payments was even direct deposit and the time to pay canceled my policy for an accident that I had was not even guilty listen my opinion to all clients of this insurance beware charge them fast but do not have to pay in doubt seriously that you contact me to give you my experience was very sad really.

Pesimo after sales service, are supposed to be our support when we have a problem, I think I do not care, I think as customers deserve respect and proper attention is inconceivable that spent eight days calling and begging to be taken care of, this is not a serious and reliable company. I have worked with several other companies and I must say that Infinity is such a pleasure to work with anytime I need help with something on a policy they are more then willing to help me or walk me through things.
