My key fob just stopped working when I got the battery changed (having to pull the key out and unlock the doors which almost always sets off the alarm....) until you press the button inside the car to start the car that way, then all of a sudden the key fob works just fine. Tried to get a claim for a replacement (have the Platinum Protection Plan which I have $800 a year for key/fob replacement/repair if either is lost, damaged, or destroyed.) but was told that if I, were to for instance, dropped it and it got physically damaged and stopped working, it would be covered. HOWEVER, since it was a problem internally in the Fob, it is not covered (exact words of the claim rep)... Lesson learned, next time run the damn thing over before calling in a claim....................

Very unprofessional. I called to claim on my dent repair contract and were closed due to inclement weather (hurricane Irma). No problem , I can understand that. But when I call and try to place my claim days later, they refuse to honor my contract because the paint had chipped off by then. They had no measure in place or even attempt to accommodate customers after a HURRICANE. Unbelievable. So now i fall under one of the exclusions and they refuse to help. Wow. They are a LLC for a reason.

Would not pay off my vehicle after it was considered a total loss from insurance stated they would do not cover wear and tear on a vehicle and the $2700 leftover was not on them. Thanks NSD total waste of money purchasing Gap through you. Anyone would argue the whole purpose of Gap Insurance is to cover what the insurance does not but oh not NSD their fine print says otherwise. what a joke of a company

they work in conjunction w/ acceptance insurance in alabama & will leave you stranded. had to get a cop to help me change my spare. then they lied & said my spare was flat when it wasn`t. insurance co. rip off b.s. this was a towing company coming from cullman/falkville, alabama.

Horrible experience trying to get roadside assistance. After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes and providing my name, address, phone number 3 times, we still were no closer to getting my vehicle off the road. I hung up and dealt with it myself. Avoid this company.
