Tina Bonham and Tanya Hutchins were fantastic to deal with. I sold my home and tina was the closer and her processor was Tanya. They are such an amazing team. I was unsure if the closing was going to happen since the buyer could not get their loan together for our first scheduled closing, but it all turned out ok. Canyon Title has no wire fee for my proceeds and that was a plus! They went out of their way and actually came to my job to get the deal done. Thank you both!

As a Realtor, this has always been my go-to title company and they have always handled everything smoothly. We had a few glitches at my last closing (including no fresh baked cookies, which I had already raved about to my client), a missed home warranty (not their fault), and no Settlement sheets sent our prior to our arrival...but in the end, it closed and everyone was happy.

Closed a couple loans for them and their notary company Teriel closings. Never got paid. Then began talking with other notaries in Denver and they were also not paid. Basically they outsource their services and never pay the third parties. We brought this to the attention of Canyon title and they could care less. Very unethical business practices.

This was a brokered loan with another Lender, and Mike was able to stay on schedule with them, even when it was last minutes notice.
