One of the agents at Brent Allen is Cody and he has serviced my account since moving to Texas in 2007 and I have never even considered moving. I have been with SF for over 40 years and been serviced by a number of agents but the office at Brent Allen have provided me with services the other agents had not provided. I have auto, home and life insurance as well as a car loan with this team. I HIGHLY recommend Brent Allen and his team as the team that will service you and your insurance needs. Cody has left the team at Brent Allen, but the team, whether new or previous employees, all have the same positive "satisfy the customer" attitude. They make sure you are up to date on your coverage and respond to any inquiries quickly and efficiently. My recommendation remains HIGH for this agency for your insurance needs.

When a neighbor moved into our subdivision from out of state she asked who we used for local doctors, dentist and an insurance agent. I raved about Brent Allen. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, personable, invested in his clients; and most importantly, Brent is ethical. My neighbor interviewed 3 insurance agents. I asked her a few weeks later who she picked for her agent. She raved about the agent she found. She said I should switch to “her guy”. She was convinced he was the best in town. Guess who she picked? Brent. She forgot I had recommended him! Also, when the hail storm of 2009 took out our roof, Brent and his team were very helpful and handled everything in a timely manner. I recommend Brent to everyone I meet. He is indeed the best in town.

I highly recommend Brent Allen and team. I was with them for over 10 years before moving out of the area and they consistently provide me with excellent service. During my time with them, the team was always friendly, easy to work with, and provided competitive rates for home, auto, and rv insurance. Additionally, they went out of their way to help me refinance one of my vehicle loans which ended up saving me a considerable amount of money. I cannot speak highly enough of the Brent Allen State Farm office. Ryan is who I and my sister have worked with, and he has gone above and beyond every time to answer questions.
