Very rude!!! I simply asked what was their best rate was for a conventional refinance was and the guy to me that was a stupid question because they have a lot of different products... Products? I was calling to MAYBE refinance my house. When working with my lender (Academy Mortgage - also in AZ), They told me their best rate within a minute of talking to them and then they GOT ME THAT RATE... Will never work with anyone who calls me stupid and now I see why they get horrible reviews... I would give zero stars if possible.

Need new management too many pieces of mail, purchased 2 investment properties renters are getting my mail from loan Depot instead of sending the mail to me at home address as soon as I send my payments another bill comes in the mail, this is stupid and annoying and imbarrasing like I do not pay my bills , and I know the original papers said these were investment properties someone not doing their job!! I am not happy!!!!

Not sure how a person can give a negative review about a company by talking to just one person. . You can always ask to speak to someone else. It is a large company and I am sure not everyone is going to be rude. The person I spoke to was very professional and worked well with me. Maybe Raymond Schaffer should show others how to do their job correctly.

Total waste of time ..... try TruWest or Desert Schools Credit Union. These people kept me on the phone for 40 minutes to tell me I needed a 760 score for a home equity line. Are you kidding me?
