WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, ONE HOUR HEATING AND COOLING is NOT 100% ACURATE, a HUGE MARK-UP and UNSATISFACTORY. The diagnostic cost was reasonable if you get the right day and time. In our case, the diagnostic result would have been incorrect for it was not the run-capacitor. So if the tech changed that out, it would not have been long before the ac unit would have failed again. Then the final cost to place a capacitor the company of one hour Heating and Cooling is quite OUTRAGEOUS, a HUGE MARK-UP and UNSATISFACTORY. A universal capacitor would have cost way under $20.00 BUT the work the tech told us would cost $352.00 + the additional cost of the (incorrect) diagnostic $79. So the grand total of less than 30 minutes of work would have cost us $431.00 if we agreed to the entire repair. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, ONE HOUR HEATING AND COOLING.

We appreciate the fact that Lance was the technician sent to install a part on our unit. He and his brother installed the new unit a couple of years ago, so he knows our house, setup and unit. My husband was two weeks post-op from back surgery, so it was wonderful to know that I could just let Lance come and go in and out of our house and not worry about having to monitor him. We are familiar with Lance and his work. Thanks for making me feel comfortable with this recent maintenance.

We called them out because I wanted an Idea of how much insulation was going to cast me, ended up purchasing an entire A/C unit plus the insulation. They did a Fantastic job and now I am saving money because I got rid of the 30 Year old unit I had. I had actually talked to other A/C vendors, but One Hour prices could not be beat! Thank you One Hour for making our home comfortable again.

Amazing. So responsive, multiple times. More than helpful. Cory was available to problem-solve over the phone, and made a long drive several times to come to our house to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC. We were having a huge party on Saturday and not only did he get it fixed by Friday, but he also called on Saturday morning to make sure everything was working!!!!!

Remote centralized customer service and scheduling does not work effectively. These point of contact people are just low paid telephone answerers in another part of the country with limited knowledge of who you are, your issues and where you live. The value of this service is local and these systems should have remained local.
