Simply Amazing. I called 3 other companies first and each time they seemed to be more worried about the money then the issue. The person who answered the phone was nice and sympathetic. I could tell she wanted to help. A repair man came out and not only checked my AC but walked me through what he was looking for. We found out that the AC was broken and needed replacing. I had no Idea what I would do. The next day I met with Randy Carey (ask for him), he was so nice, he helped me through the whole thing. After going over all options he was able to help with the financing and scheduling of the units. I was then amazed by how knowledgeable and efficient the guys who installed the system were. Clayton, Garrett and Justin made sitting in a 98 degree house less unbearable. They were so fast. When they were done they cleaned up everything. The guy who cleaned the vents (David) was so fast I almost did not see everything he cleaned. I was embarrass with how much dirt he found in my vents. I would highly recommend this company in every way.

My air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air and I called Jack Nelson and they sent out a repair guy(Scott). He said It’s leaking. He told me three option. 1. To recharge Freon. The price is $200 per lb for Freon recharge and might cost $700 to $1000. 2. To fix leaking. It will cost $4000. 3. To replace new unit. It will cost $9000(without duct work) Really?? God Damn it, Jack Nelson. You tried to screw me. I know it. I am an electrician and I know it would NOT be that much. Dang Jack Nelson! Who believe your price? Who can afford that?. So I called one of my friend HVAC guy and told him about my situation. He is like WOW! REALLY! Finely, he fixed it for me. Freon recharge and fixed leaking for $320. Dang Jack Nelson! But Jack Nelson charged me $99 for service call without doing anything and gave me unbelievable price. I was so disappointed, Jack Nelson. I DON”T recommended, Jack Nelson. Bad company. Will try to lie you. . I am going to file BBB.

We just wanted to comment on the exceptional service we have received from Jack Nelson Service Experts. From start to finish everything has been perfect. We called Jack Nelson Services out for our old system in summer when it was no longer putting out cold air. We then purchased a new system from them, which was installed promptly & professionally. We are incredibly happy with the service we received. We were also incredibly impressed with the staff that assisted us during this process. We wanted to say a big thank you to Austin who did our first service call, Kelly in sales who helped us choose the right system, Kenneth & Alex who worked extremely hard non-stop installing our new system & Todd who performed a service call so quickly & efficiently. All of these staff members were extremely courteous, professional, friendly & highly knowledgeable. Thank you Jack Nelson Service Experts for being so reliable & providing high quality service.

I had a brand new hvac system installed by Clayton and Justin. They were timely and professional. They worked hard to get it done right. Very polite and hardworking team of 2 got my old unit hauled away, installed a new unit and even took out a window ac unit on my request. A brand new thermostat was installed as well. They went above and beyond my expectations! Both installers were courteous and skilled. No complains and no trouble whatsoever. A special shout out to the company for training apprentices in the line of work. After the install was complete, i was shown the parts of the unit and things to look out for. All important documents regarding the install and service warranty were explained to me at the end. Im elated at having an awesome install experience for a major appliance. I recommend Jack nelson service experts for both their price value and service satisfaction. Thank you Clayton and Justin. I appreciate the effort today!

Our air conditioner stopped working (again) and we called Service Experts. They discovered that our system had lost its refrigerant and needed to be replaced. Austin came out the next morning and discussed our options. We decided to replace our old 12 SEER unit with a new Lennox 16 SEER system. A crew of three people showed up the next day and worked all day to remove the old system and install the new one. Many thanks to Clayton, Dean, and Brian who worked all day, a lot of it in our very HOT attic to get it done. The new system is fantastic! We had our old system set at 72 degrees; we keep the new one at 75 degrees with even more comfort. Noise; there is none. The new 5 ton Lennox cannot be heard when it is running. Wow!! We highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts and all of their employees. Trent and Jean.

My air conditioning was not working as it should be....the problem was not easily found, the last technician that came out masked the problem with a little Freon and a hefty service fee. Yesterday, Daniel came out from Jack Nelson. I was honestly worried another in and out tech, mask the problem, hefty bill...etc.etc. Daniel actually "LISTENED" to me, started looking at everything that might be an issue, he even called another tech out to brainstorm the problem. This started at noon, they worked continuously, finding the problem, going and picking up the part and then repairing the unit. It was 7:15 p.m. when they left. Daniel was very professional, determined, and I believe the only reason our issue was not once again masked with a quick fix but not repaired! Thank-YOU

I want to say what a wonderful experience I have had with Jack Nelson HVAC Services. I had a 34 year old system in my home and when it broke down, I decided to have a new one installed. Randy Carey came out to my home and went over all options with me and helped me to decide on a system and financing that was right for me. The installation went really well, Jack Nelson offered to come out and do the install on a Saturday since the break down of my old system happened at one of my most busy times at work and I could not take off during the week. Clayton and his team member handled the install expertly. I cannot thank Jack Nelson enough for their service and their help in answering any follow up questions I have had.

Nelson installed our to systems and we have always been pleased with their service. We maintain a service contract with them and they have always been quick to respond except now. I contacted them because our furnace upstairs was not working. The person I spoke with said the first appointment was five days out. I explained that I had a service contract and it said priority appointments. Her response was, so does everyone else, almost a take it or leave it attitude. We paid for a service contract and then when we needed service we were pushed back five days. I will not make the mistake of paying for a service contract with them again. Have never had an issue with their technicians who are very good.

I appreciate, as a customer, that the service work that is done when I need repairs be completed, to be done in a timely fashion and performed by someone who listens and answers any questions I may have. Cody Frost was the Jack Nelson Expert technician who arrived for my Tune Up service work. He was polite and friendly as he worked from start to finish. His ethics to make sure I was satisfied with the work done, made all the difference, as if we were friends and I knew he cared about me and he would give me a job well done. I rate the service as an A+ due to the quality of services performed by Cody. I am convinced, Jack Nelson is the best service in Tulsa. Great Job!

Kenneth and Alex were the technicians installing our two units. Both were very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. These last two days have been very hot and humid, but they both endured the heat and finished the installation on time and with no problems for us. They even had to get on the roof. Kelly was very helpful in explaining the different types of units and the rebates associated with each. Austin was the maintenance technician that showed us that our old units were fading quickly and got this process started. Thanks, Jack Nelson Service Experts, for a job very well done!

June 11, 2016 Our A/C stopped working... I called late.. and Cody Frost with Jack Nelson Service Experts had me up and running quickly! Very professional and friendly guy. This is my 2nd experience with Jack Nelson Service Experts. Both times have been prompt arrivals from the time I called in. I can tell this company hires quality people. Thanks! Update: I accidentally edited my old review from 5 months ago.. instead of writing a new review. This review is for today June 11, 2016 I do not remember the service expert that came out 5 months ago.. but he was great as well. I have erased that old note now. Sorry!

We had a great experience with Jack Nelson. Called in around 6:30 in the evening expecting to get an answering machine. Spoke with a very nice customer service rep who even gave me a coupon for a free service call. I was expecting to not be able get someone to my home until the next day or later. Within 1 hour I had a service tech at my door. Casey was very thorough, and professional. Explained in detail the issue and promptly made the repair. We were back in working order after just a few hours of our system being down. Great experience, great customer service. Will definitely use Jack Nelson again.

Tracy Harris was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem and solved it. What I was most impress with was that he did not try to up-sell us and try to scare us into purchasing a new system. He explained how everything worked and was very friendly. The only small "catch" was that the phone service representative told me if they can fix minor issues on the spot it would be included in the $99 dollars inspection charge but I was still charged an extra $15 for clipping wires for bad connection. However, still 5 stars because of how impressed I was with Tracy.

Our a/c went out this morning, so i went online to find a company to call for service/repair. Jack Nelson had so many excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call. A service tech called back quickly and told me when to expect him. He was there on time and got the repair done in just a few minutes. I ess so pleased with the fast response time and efficient and courteous service. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering this was a weekend. This will be my first choice for heating and air service from now on, and I will recommend to friends and neighbors.

I was looking for a Lennox Premier Dealer to do a new System. I was directed to Jack Nelson Service Experts website within minutes I had a appointment the next morning with my sales professional Kelly. He came over to our home promptly. He was eager and ready to help in anyway. He quoted me the best upfront price and he earned our business. They have an awesome team. Jack Nelson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my downstairs air conditioning and furnace units with quality Lennox equipment in August 2016. The two (2) gentlemen Scott and Andrew that performed the prepaid maintenance agreement on the equipment March 2, 2017 were very professional and courteous. Besides the quality service from both, Scott redid the back plate for the thermostat that was askew and loose. Again thanks Jack Nelson for the superior product and professional quality exhibited. They took really good care of my Mom with a replacement unit through the initial diagnosis, the estimate, the explanation of options, and the installation. Was very disappointed in my initial appointment being cancelled toward the end of the two hour time frame, then re-scheduled the next week, then was forgotten again. I called at the end of the two hour window to check on the tech and was told they would get someone to my house soon. Thirty minutes later the tech shows up and he told me that I was not on his schedule. What an inconvenience. Will say that Cy #470 did an excellent job once here and was helpful in explaining the grade sheet that he did at the end of his work.
