A-Best Roofing, along with Scott Munsinger, their representative who first visited us and showed us, step-by-step, how their company will repair our roof, Scott gave us a flyer with photos and addresses of customers who had roof repairs by A-Best Roofing that we could phone and ask for a recommendation, which we did. The lady we spoke to gave us high compliments about Scott and the team. By the time Scott was done photographing our roof problems and telling us what it would cost, we felt 100% confident that we were finally hiring the right company. You see, we had interviewed five (5) other companies with some doubts about their abilities. Now after the work was completed by their roof specialist Marco, we have had no more leaks by the fireplace or flooding on a problem side of our house. Thank you to Scott Munsinger, Marco and the entire team that made this repair a great experience. I would highly recommend A-Best Roofing to anyone who cares about quality work at a fair price!

Jay Stout and the crew at A-Best were wonderful to work with, in having a new roof installed. They were especially helpful in walking me through the process and making it a stress free experience. The respect and consideration of the Project Manager and his installation crew were greatly appreciated. The new roof and the quality of workmanship is excellent, particularly as they took into consideration every detail that I had requested! I highly recommend this company and their team of professionals!

Caution if you have a metal roof. It may take them several months to get to your roof. However, after all the hassle of being several months later than they originally predicted in getting the roof fixed, they did work with us on checking to make sure the leaks over those months of lack of service did not result in mold or other structural problems. I would advise caution in your expectations. At least the roof did eventually get fixed.

I moved into our new home and shortly after experienced some leaking due to a flashing problem. After research I found out it was installed by Abest a few years before. It took a few phone calls but they came out, inspected and stood by their work even after the warranty period was past and made all repairs. I have not had a problem since. Standing by their work is worth more than a few dollars saved using another company to install.

This is neither a good or bad review only wanting to put information out there. They charge $100 to come and give an estimate for roof repair. This will be credited to you should you choose to use them for the work, however I think this tends to be a poor business practice. I will not be using A-Best roofing simply because I am collecting estimates and cannot afford to shell out $100 if I decide not to use them.

A-Best is a wonderful company!!! From my first call to their representative Wilson throughout the entire process ending with Collin--everything was a positive experience! Their knowledge helped me to make the correct color choices as well as the general knowledge of the roofing process. Their workmen were friendly and fast! There is only one roofing company for me -- A-Best Roofing!!!

Everyone was professional and very helpful. They walked me through the entire process and because the weekend after I accepted the contract it was forcasted to be really heavy rains, they actually came out to do temporary repairs to prevent additional damage to the roof. Really a good experience over all.

I called for an estimate a couple years back never received a call back. I call twice and the guy I needed was on the phone so she sent me to voice mail. So now I need a new roof due to storm trying again same thing guy I needed is on the phone so voice mail we will see if the same thing happens again.

Very professional service. Gave me a thorough estimate of the work. When the work was actually done, they brought all the materials and had a supervisor check on the progress a number of times during the day. Clean up was excellent. I will definitely call A-Best again when I need roofing work.

A-best promptly covered pat of my roof to keep further damage from occurring by additional rainfall after a severe wind storm. The shingles had to be ordered but the work was finished in a timely manner. Thanks A-best.

I highly recommend AGAINST using this roofing company. They did work on my roof a few years ago and it was very poorly done. Further, their billing/reception department is rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
