My mother in law needed freon. A person from Apex returned my call and began to tell me what a problem we had. It was going to be $135 for the weekend call, but since it was low on freon he would have to do a leak check for $150. He said most leaks are about 4-5 pounds, $50 per pound. Then he guessed (remember, this is still the initial phone call, this guy never saw the unit!) that since it was a leak we would need a $2000 coil unit! At this point I thanked him and hung up. I suspect all he wanted was to sell me a service agreement. I called Green HVAC, and he fixed it the next day with no problems. It just needed freon!

Great experience starting with office staff jenifer. Salesman John Paul had a really good grasp on what was needed to address our previous issues. Installers were fantastic lots of consideration for us while they changed out our entire system moving it from downstairs to the attic. Jared the supervisor was great new exactly what we needed understands construction and ran us through our new system. Great company would recommend Apex

A Apex was fantastic! We had a flue pipe come loose in our attic which was possibly leaking carbon monoxide through out the house. Called on A Apex, and they had a technician out within a few hours who was able to get everything fixed. Highly recommend A Apex for your heating and cooling needs.

Wow!!! These guys are great. I was interested in solar, they told me it would work, but also looked my entire home. I ended up going with a new AC unit and solar. They did everything for me. I got lots of rebates, and now my bills are almost non existing. Thanks apex for helping my family
