We learned about Rocky Mountain Exteriors when they were working on a house on our block in Hailey, ID. One of their salesmen came by to offer a free estimate of a new roof. Once he explained the issues he saw, we made an appointment to have someone come up to take measurement. The salesman broke down the steps of a new roof, offered financing and was able to answer any questions we had. When the time finally came for the job to get started, we were excited. the work crew showed up promptly at 8 am and got to work. they were very respectful of the house and yard. They made sure to clean up after themselves and after about 10 hours worth of work, they were done! They did such a great job and we have gotten so many compliments on our new roof and the sense of security we get knowing that we have a 50 year warranty feels great! We will definitely do work with Rocky Mountain Exteriors again and we recommend them to all who ask about our roof.

We appreciated the whole experience with RME and Todd and his team. Our HOA required a certain high-end type of shingle. So when we were considering a new roof, we got multiple bids. What set RME apart from the competition was the professionalism and thoroughness of the initial inspection and cost down to the penny. Additionally the quality of the secondary materials (flashing, underlay, vents, etc.) were first rate, and a cut above what the competition was offering. Their bid was competitive, although not the cheapest. But considering all factors it was still a no brainer for us. We are pleased to give RME our highest recommendation.

WAY TO GO ROCKY MOUNTAIN EXTERIORS..you guys rock.. All I can say is WOW.. they completed my roof in about 12 working hours.. They had it tore off, new sheeting and felt down in the first 6 hours. Had to wait for the rain to stop and it to dry off. Came back two days later and finished in 4 hours.. WOW.. The Customer service was great. I had a little concern and they handled it.. The Crew was awesome and new what they were doing Very fast and efficient. Clean up was great.. Thanks again Rocky Mountain Exteriors. first pic is of before work, dark spots were where my wisteria enveloped the roof (over 46 years on that roof LOL)..

Doors arrived 4 weeks late, 7 weeks after ordering them. The doors are very tight and practically need to be slammed in order to close them. Vinyl siding on the house got chipped during installation and trim is a little crooked. Although the doors look nice, they were very late with no status updates at all and the workmanship could have been better.

Rocky Mountain Exteriors made the process so easy. They paid very good attention to all of the little details that most companies would have missed. They cleaned up there mess. They brought out samples for us to choose from. They even made a picture of our house with the different choices. It really helped to make the decision much easier.

They did great work. We love the windows. They have saved us a ton on our electricity bill by keeping the A/C or heat inside. They are thorough and quick. Although a little spendier, you do get what you pay for! A ton of people called to make sure we were satisfied with our services long after the install. Great job guys!
